By the stepper machine at my gym!! Holy Moley I couldnt believe it. That thing is killer!
I have always avoided the steppers and bikes at my gym. They are cheaper kinds and you cant really control the resistance on them etc. The stepper simply tracks your steps, calories and speed per minute. You cant make it harder to step or easier to step. For me this is boring. I miss the steppers in Canada that were the more expensive brands were you could control everything and track your heart beat etc.
